A stepping motor is arranged on the lower left side of the window. Heat generated during work of network equipment in the communication machine room is dissipated out of the communication machine room through the outer window body, meanwhile, outdoor cold air can be conducted into the machine room so that the room temperature of the communication machine room can be reduced, the refrigerating energy consumption of an air conditioner is reduced, and the operating cost of the equipment is reduced.
