The invention provides a door and window auxiliary frame and relates to the field of architecture, in particular to a frame which is fixed to a wall body of an external window hole in advance and into which a finished window product is installed. The auxiliary frame comprises an auxiliary frame body, and a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity are formed in the auxiliary frame body; the second cavity is arranged between the first cavity and the third cavity; the outer surface of the side, facing a door or window, of the auxiliary frame body is provided with bolt installing and locating line grooves; the outer surface of the side, which is opposite the door and window, the outer surface facing indoors, and the outer surface facing outdoors of the auxiliary frame body are provided with bonding grooves. The auxiliary frame is internally provided with a plurality of cavity structures, so that the weight is reduced and sections are saved; the outer side surface is provided with the locating line grooves for installation, which are convenient for location of installing of bolts; the plurality of bonding grooves enable the contact area between the outer side surfaces of the auxiliary frame and cement mortar, coating and glue applied to a wall body to be greater and provide greater bonding force, so that the installation reliability of the auxiliary frame is improved.
