An arc large-area door frame assembly is composed of an upper frame, a low frame, first connecting sheet connectors and second connecting sheet connectors. Furthermore through performing layout stacking in a stacking process, the loading amount of each transporting vehicle can be more than two times of that of formed door frames, thereby greatly reducing transportation cost. Furthermore, according to the arc large-area door frame assembly, the qualified door frame can be obtained through splicing the combined members without a professional worker. Because a professional welding procedure is eliminated, labor cost and energy consumption are lower than that of a traditional formed door frame. A manufacturing enterprise obtains a remarkable economic benefit accordingly.
