The electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder comprises two first metal fixation hooks, two metal connecting rings, two belt tightening fasteners, two folding connecting belts, folding ladder footboards, two insulation sleeve pipes, a high-voltage electroscope, and two second metal fixation hooks; wherein each first metal fixation hook is connected with a corresponding folding connecting belt via a corresponding metal connecting ring; each belt tightening fastener is arranged on a corresponding folding connecting belt; the folding ladder footboards are uniformly arranged on the two folding connecting belts; the insulation sleeve pipes are arranged on the folding connecting belts; each second metal fixation hook is connected with a corresponding folding connecting belt via a corresponding metal connecting ring; and the high-voltage electroscope is arranged on one second metal fixation hook. Advantages are that: the high-voltage electroscope is capable of reminding workers in time so as to avoid maloperation under electrification conditions. The insulation sleeve pipes can be used for hanging the metal fixation hooks on cross arms in the air; the electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder is provided with the metal connecting rings so as to increase tensile strength of the electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder; the electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder is provided with the belt fastening fasteners, so as to avoid shaking of the electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder, and improve stability of the electricity-testing alarm multifunctional folding ladder.
