Desulfurization process in process of producing cement clinkers by using industrial calcium carbide waste residues
The invention relates to a desulfurization process in a process of producing cement clinkers by using industrial calcium carbide waste residues. The desulfurization process comprises the specific steps: (1) selecting the following raw materials in weight percent: 1 percent to 3 percent of calcium carbide residues, 80 percent to 85 percent of lime stones, 3 percent to 5 percent of iron mine ore dressing sludge, 5 percent to 8 percent of quartz sand sludge and 3 percent to 5 percent of coal ash, and blending the materials; (2) adding the materials into a raw mill and grinding; (3) conveying ground mixture powder into a homogenization silo to be homogenized; (4) conveying the homogenized mixture powder into a kiln to be calcined. In a calcining process of the calcium carbide residues, the yield on sulfur is high, so that the aim of reducing the emission of SO2 is realized. Meanwhile, the calcium carbide residues are added into the materials so that the grinding efficiency also can be improved; the intensity performance of the cement clinkers is improved and the production cost can be reduced; the emission amount of waste gas pollutants is reduced.
