The present invention discloses a sulfoaluminate cement mixing admixture. The admixture comprises plaster, quicklime, raw bone powder and borax. By using the admixture, the initial setting time of sulfoaluminate cement can be effectively prolonged, the cement strength is improved, and post reduction of the sulfoaluminate cement can be relieved to certain extent. The admixture is of a relatively high value.
