The present invention discloses a waterproof wear-resisting concrete additive. The waterproof wear-resisting concrete additive is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of silicon dioxide, 12-15 parts of plaster, 1-1.2 parts of a water-proof agent, 3-4 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.6-0.8 part of hexadecyl benzene sulfonate, 5-7 parts of alunite, and 10-12 parts of a wear-resisting agent. The waterproof agent is added into the additive disclosed by the present invention, cluster connection is formed because of a hydration reaction in concrete, cohesive force between particles is effectively improved, and self-water-proof durability is long lasting; and the wear resistant agent is added into the additive disclosed by the present invention; when used in road construction, the concrete can achieve a wear-resisting index of road concrete specified by the national standards, the raw materials are widely available, construction cost of construction engineering is reduced, construction quantity is increased, and strength and wear resistance are improved.
