Composite thermal insulation material comprising mineral fiber (Orenburg) and lava
A composite thermal insulation material is prepared by using mineral fiber (Orenburg) and aluminum silicate fiber as a main body, using lava ( expanded perlite and hollow microsphere coal ash) as a vice body, and adding a high-temperature filler and a binding agent; as the complementarity of the main body and the vice body in the thermal insulation property, defects due to use of a conventional single thermal insulation material are overcome, (particularly at high temperature), compared with a conventional material, the material can resist the temperature of 650 DEG C, the heat flow outdegree on a high-temperature medium is reduced by 65-83%, the thickness is reduced by 1/4-1/3 compared with that of a conventional material, and the outturn percentage is improved.
