Heat-resistant nano ceramic coating
The invention relates to a heat-resistant nano ceramic coating, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 40 parts of silicon carbide, 8 to 10 parts of titanium nitride, 10 to 15 parts of silicon nitride, 12 to 18 parts of nanometer aluminium oxide, 10 to 15 parts of nanometer magnesia, 10 to 12 parts of nanometer zirconia, and 5-8 parts of nanometer nickel oxide. By the technical scheme, according to the heat-resistant nano ceramic coating provided by the invention, a nano material technology is utilized to modify the existing ceramic, and nanoscale particles are added in the components, so that crystal particles, crystal boundaries and the combination of the crystal particles and the crystal boundaries all reach the nanometer level, the strength and the toughness of the material is greatly improved, the ceramic coating is ensured to have favorable strength and toughness, and meanwhile, the ceramic coating has excellent heat-resistant and wear-resistant properties.
