Novel corundum refractory material
The invention relates to a novel corundum refractory material, which comprises the following ingredients in parts by mass: 35 to 40 parts of corundum powder, 15 to 20 parts of silicon-aluminum alloy powder, 2 to 5 parts of calcium aluminate, 1 to 3 parts of silicon carbide, 5 to 8 parts of aluminum oxide, 1 to 2 parts of naphthalenesulfenesulfonate water reducing agent and 8 to 12 parts of water. By adopting the technical scheme, the novel corundum refractory material has the advantages that the raw material price is cheap; the preparation process is simple; a prepared refractory brick has excellent refractory performance and can resist high temperature higher than 2300 DEG C; in addition, the service life is long.
