Super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a compound shown as the formula (I) and is synthesized with active large monomers as raw materials, the steric-hinerance effect of the superplasticizer is further improved, meanwhile, positive ions are introduced into molecules, the positive ions have good mud resistance, and therefore the water-reducing rate of the superplasticizer is increased, and the mud resistance and adaptability to cement of the superplasticizer are improved. Better tolerability to mud is achieved, and no continuous inserting layer reaction is generated by the superplasticizer and mud. The positive ions of the super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer can restrain expansion of mud, and therefore the adsorption of mud on an additive is reduced. The super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer can accelerate the hydration function of cement and has the super early strength function. The super-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the super early strength and mud resisting functions in common concrete.
