The invention provides a waterproof base layer coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 120 parts of elastic emulsion, 80 to 90 parts of heavy calcium, 20 to 30 parts of silica fume, 0.4 to 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 to 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.4 to 0.5 part of fungicide and 15 parts of water. The components contained in the waterproof base layer coating are better in extension, good in elasticity and higher in adhesive force; the waterproof base layer coating can form a dense waterproof layer in a to-be-treated area; in addition, the waterproof base layer coating is wider in application range, and can provide better waterproof effects for daylighting panels of a metal roof, deep roof pipelines, fan openings, metal plate lapped seams, reinforcing screws, roof gutters and other weak waterproof parts.
