The invention discloses a construction method of a non-slip floor. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) cleaning the floor with detergent or an acid solvent to obtain a clean floor; (2) brushing the floor with a slip proofing agent for a plurality of times under the condition that the floor is guaranteed to be dry, wherein the time interval between every two times of brushing is 3-5 minutes; the slip proofing agent is maintained to be wet during each brushing process; and brushing is supplemented timely if partial slip proofing agent becomes dry; and (3) after brushing, washing the floor with water to obtain the non-slip floor. According to the construction method of the non-slip floor provided by the invention, through the manner, the construction is simple, the trouble of long-time on-site construction is solved, the construction period is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved, so that the overall construction cost is reduced; the popularization is facilitated; the construction method can be widely applied to floors of pedestrian overcrossings, stairs, escalators, and the like; and the requirements of people on safety, health and environmental protection are met.
