The invention discloses a foamed asphalt distributor which comprises an air compressor, a two-position two-way solenoid valve, an air cylinder, an asphalt pipeline, a first foaming room, a mandrel, a motor, an atomizing device, a second foaming room and a foamed asphalt distributing system, wherein an outlet of the air compressor is communicated with an inlet of the air cylinder; an outlet of the asphalt pipeline is communicated with an asphalt inlet of the first foaming room; a piston rod of the air cylinder passes through the asphalt pipeline and extends into an asphalt inlet of the first foaming room; one end of the mandrel is connected with an output shaft of the motor; the other end of the mandrel passes through the piston rod and a tapered plug in an axial direction to extend into the first foaming room; a cutter is arranged on the mandrel; a mixture spray nozzle in the atomizing device is positioned in the first foaming room; an outlet of the first foaming room is communicated with an inlet of the second foaming room; and an outlet of the second foaming room is communicated with an inlet of the foamed asphalt distributing system. The foamed asphalt distributor can realize asphalt foaming and is good in foaming effect.
