Moveable pavement restoration microwave heating apparatus
A moveable pavement restoration microwave heating apparatus comprises a reflection cover and a microwave generator, the microwave generator is arranged at the outer side of the top of the reflection cover, the inner side of the top of the reflection cover is provided with an energy feedback port, the microwave generator is connected with the energy feedback port via a waveguide tube, the inner side of the lower part of the reflection cover is coated with a microwave absorption coating, the exterior of the microwave absorption coating is provided with a cooling loop, the cooling loop is connected with a high-temperature inlet on the reflection cover via a pipe, and the pipe is connected with a circulating pump. Majority of microwave generated by the microwave generator is absorbed by a pavement, minority of microwave is absorbed by the microwave absorption coating and is transformed into heat, the heat is absorbed by air in the cooling loop and the air forms a high-temperature gas and enters into the reflection cover and bakes the surface-layer pavement. The apparatus realizes dual heating of the restored pavement through microwave and the high-temperature gas, realizes the rapid heating requirement of the restored pavement, satisfied rapid solidification requirement, and is high in energy utilization rate.
