Construction method for double-component steel tubes of main arch arcs
The invention provides a construction method for double-component steel tubes of main arch arcs. The construction method is characterized in that a full frame is erected based on the bendability of the steel tubes, the top radian of an arch frame is adjusted to be identical with the bottom radian of a main arch ring according to the structure mode of an arch bridge bottom mold in the full frame, and therefore the bottom radian of the arch ring can be smooth and attractive, the curve of the arch bridge bottom mold can effectively meet the radian requirement of the design, fold line type arcs are avoided, and erection and formation of the full frame can be completed. The technological process comprises the steps of carrying out construction preparation; surveying and setting out; adjusting the elevation of each piece of horizontal square timber; fixing the double-component steel tubes at the arch camber part; bending the steel tubes to be fixed to the edge of the square timber of each row through external force. The erecting method is simple and easy to operate and does not need manpower or assist from other mechanical equipment, and therefore a lot of materials such as square timber, wooden wedges and pull rods needed by adjusting the main arch ring of a bridge are saved. Compared with other construction methods, the construction method has the advantages that the bottom radian of the main arch of the arch bridge can be guaranteed better, the labor cost is greatly saved compared with the mode of adjusting the radian through the wooden wedges, and the time for the pre-pressing work of arch frame forming preparation is shortened.
