The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a greening groove for isolating a white cement road. The greening groove comprises greening groove bodies, wherein a planting groove is formed in each greening groove body; an air inlet pipe is arranged in each planting groove; two sides of the greening groove are coated with luminous paint; the front ends and the rear ends of the plurality of greening groove bodies are arranged in an aligned manner, so as to form an isolating groove; a fence is arranged on each greening groove body; a lower border of each fence is connected with a fixed part which is arranged in each greening groove body in advance; the borders at two sides of the fence are connected and fixed by bolts respectively; nutrient soil is put into each planting groove; and flowers and plants are planted into the nutrient soil.
