The invention relates to a portable electric tool used for blowing and sucking leaves in occasions such as flower beds, courtyards, parks and road sides, in particular to a blowing-suction machine with a double-hand grip-change linked lever clamping lock operating handle, including a method which is capable of improving coaxiality, is balanced in measurement and has a laser alignment tool. An electric motor contains a centrifugal angular carbon brush plug (118a) to prevent the phenomenon of loosening of plugging caused by shake; the plugging is tighter along with rotation instead of being loosened along rotation by utilizing the principle of counter-centrifugal force, and the plugging with an included angle is towards one side of the centripetal direction; and a logarithmic spiral wire jamming seat (118cx) is arranged on a carbon brush frame (118c), so that an electric wire can be stuck to prevent the phenomenon of loosening. The blowing-suction machine is convenient to operate, and the blowing-suction machine can be controlled by a switch to work just by gripping the left linked lever handle (51) and the right linked lever handle (52), or gripping the left linked lever handle (51) with the left hand, or gripping the right linked lever handle (52) with right hand, or locking with a clamping lock crank (55).
