The invention discloses an automatic cooling and dust removing system. The automatic cooling and dust removing system comprises a control device, a water spraying device and a mist spraying device, wherein the water spraying device and the mist spraying device are both connected with the control device; the mist spraying device is arranged above the water spraying device, and is mounted on a roadside lamp column; and the water spraying device is mounted on a roadside flower base. Tail gas exhausted by vehicles and harmful gases or fine particles in air are combined through sprayed water mist, and are enabled to fall on the ground, so that the air purification is realized, the air temperature is lowered, and the PM2.5 concentration is effectively reduced; the water spraying device mounted on the roadside flower base sprays the water to flush impurities and dust on the road surface; the control device can automatically control the water spraying time period of the water spraying device and the mist spraying time period of the mist spraying device to prevent the use of a watering cart and a mist spraying cart and to effectively prevent the traffic jam; and the whole automatic cooling and dust removing system is lower in cost, and reduces the resource waste.
