A lifting guiding and locking device for track snow removal comprises at least two front and rear limiting guiding components (1'') and at least two left and right limiting guiding components (2'') which are installed on a working trolley frame. The working trolley frame is further provided with a height limiting piece (3'') and a locking component (4''). Each front and rear limiting guiding component (1'') comprises a first guiding frame (12''), wherein a first V-shaped groove plate (11'') is installed on the first guiding frame (12''). The first V-shaped groove plates (11'') are installed at the portions, on the front and rear sides of a working trolley, of the track snow removal trolley frame. The invention further provides a brushing and throwing type snow removal trolley comprising the lifting guiding and locking device. The brushing and throwing type snow removal trolley comprises a snow throwing machine frame (1) and at least one snow throwing fan (3). The lifting guiding and locking device is simple in structure, the purposes that the working trolley for track snow removal is stably lifted and the locking position is precisely positioned can be achieved, and the brushing and throwing type snow removal trolley can be prevented from colliding with steel rails when tending to derail.
