Compared with common six-leg jackets, the novel regular hexagon symmetry arranged mode is adopted, so that environmental load capacity is reduced by about 20%; meanwhile, pile head force can also be reduced by about 20%; the safety factor of bearing capacity can be greatly improved, the weight of a pile foundation is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; a left platform block and a right platform block are stably supported without extra module supporting frameworks. A single block can be mounted without an ultra-large floating crane, and offshore installation cost can be greatly reduced.
