The invention discloses an adjustable high-precision supporting frame, and belongs to the field of building equipment. The levelness of a grade level and accurate positioning of a pre-buried bolt are achieved during installation of a tower crane. The problems that in the traditional tower crane foundation and pre-buried bolt construction process, only a leveling instrument and a flexible rule are used for achieving levelness of a foundation and positioning of the pre-buried bolt simply, so that the grade level is prone to being unlevel, the size of the bolt is not accurate, the tower crane inclines after being installed, and then safety risks are caused are solved. The supporting frame for achieving levelness of the grade level of a tower crane foundation pit and positioning of the pre-buried bolt is invented to overcome the defects, the bolt is positioned through standard-size bolt holes in transverse and longitudinal steel dies, and a high-precision gradienter is installed on the transverse and longitudinal steel dies to carry out levelness detection on the grade level, so that it is guaranteed that the tower crane is perpendicular to the ground after being installed.
