The invention provides an anchor rope device of a large mining excavator and a manufacturing method for the anchor rope device, and relates to the large mining excavator. The technical problems that an existing anchor rope device is not reasonable in structure, the manufacturing difficulty is increased due to pressing of an anti-fatigue pipe sleeve, and the service life of an anchor rope is shortened due to lack of anchor rope pre-stretching are solved. A level-A galvanized steel wire rope meeting the ASTM-586 standard is adopted by the anchor rope device, a sealing bushing is arranged at the tail end of a socket cone, and an anti-loosening check block is arranged in an inner cavity of the socket cone. The manufacturing process for the anchor rope device comprises the steps of (1) bundling rope ends of the steel wire ropes and carrying out blanking according to required lengths, (2) loosening strands of the rope ends to form inverse-cone-shaped brush heads, (3) cleaning brush head steel wires, (4) placing the brush heads into the inner cavities of sockets and locating the brush heads, (5) preheating the sockets, (6) pouring metal into the inner cavities of the sockets, (7) carrying out cooling and cleaning, and (8) pre-stretching an anchor rope. The process steps are simplified, the manufacturing cost is lowered, and the service life of the anchor rope is prolonged.
