The invention discloses a community domestic wastewater and waste circulating energy supply system. The system comprises an excrement processing module, a kitchen garbage processing module and a biogas energy supply module. The excrement processing module comprises a first solid-liquid separating device, a liquid storage pool, a diluting pool and an irrigation device. The first solid-liquid separating device, the liquid storage pool, the diluting pool and the irrigation device are sequentially connected. The system has the advantages that community wastewater and waste are systemically processed, wastewater is processed and repeatedly used, wastewater and waste are used for heat supply and energy supply, and energy pressure is relieved to a certain extent.
