The invention discloses a water-saving device of a domestic washing water flushing water closet. The water-saving device comprises a first water inlet pipe, a water collector box, a water closet water tank and an automatic control circuit, wherein the first water inlet pipe is connected to a washing water outlet and a water collector box water inlet which are arranged at the bottom of a washing basin; the water collector box water inlet is arranged at the top of the water collector box; the water collector box water inlet is lower than the washing water outlet; a first water inlet valve is arranged on the first water inlet pipe; the water inlet valve is controlled by a water inlet switch; a water closet water tank water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the water closet water tank; the water closet water tank water inlet is provided with a check valve; collected water, which is pumped out of the water collector box by virtue of a micro water pump, is pumped into the water closet water tank; and the automatic control circuit comprises a No.1 electrode, a No.2 electrode, a No.3 electrode, a No.4 electrode and a No.5 electrode. The water-saving device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, low in cost of implementation and convenient to use, and the water-saving device is capable of saving a great amount of clean water; and the water-saving device is not only capable of saving a water resource but also capable of generating an economic benefit, and the water-saving device is strong in practicability.
