The invention discloses an LID type city rainwater closed conduit with the functions of water permeating, storing, purifying and draining. The closed conduit can be arranged on the two sides of urban roads or the positions under sidewalks and footpaths here and there and is composed of a conduit body, a conduit cover plate, a rainwater gathering inlet, water storage dams and drain outlets.
