The invention discloses a cast-in-place steel structure of construction, which comprises first side plates and second side plates, wherein the over two first side plates and the over two second side plates are disposed, flat-bottom necks are disposed in two side faces of the first side plate, a threaded hole is disposed in the groove bottom of the flat-bottom neck, clamp plates matched with the flat-bottom neck are disposed on two side faces of the second side plate, a first threaded hole matched with the threaded hole is disposed in the clamp plate, and a screw is matched between the first threaded hole and the threaded hole; and the overall steel structure adopts the form of matching between the flat-bottom neck and the clamp plate, so that vertical dislocation will not take place easily during pouring, and the structure is fixed by the screws to realize more reliable connection and avoid interface cracking during the pouring. Reinforcing steel bar connection is also added to the device, wherein reinforced steel bars are poured in concrete, so that strength of the whole concrete structure is enhanced and bending is avoided.
