Prefabricated filled wallboard and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated filled wallboard and a mounting method thereof. A plurality of holes are formed in a wall of the wallboard, a distance between the edge of each hole and the edge of the wallboard is at least 20 mm, embedded parts are arranged in the wall, a distance between each embedded part and the edge of each hole is at least 30 mm, and two outer sides, along the length direction, of the wallboard are provided with convex blocks and concave grooves matched with the convex blocks respectively. The mounting method includes: hoisting the prefabricated filled wallboard to a mounting position of a structural floor slab by hoisting the embedded parts on the prefabricated filled wallboard, and arranging a wood wedge at a position where the prefabricated filled wallboard contacts with the structural floor slab; connecting the prefabricated filled wallboard with the structural floor slab through an inclined strut; filling cement mortar at a position where the prefabricated filled wallboard is connected with the structural floor slab to enable the bottom of the prefabricated filled wallboard to be bedded thoroughly, and removing the wood wedge after strength of the cement mortar meets requirements to complete mounting of the prefabricated filled wallboard. By the prefabricated filled wallboard, the problem that an existing filled wallboard is high in mounting cost and the problem that a joint between the filled wallboard and a main structure cannot be treated reliably after the filled wallboard is mounted are solved.
