The invention discloses a construction method of an anti-skid slope with cement mortar face, which comprises the steps that (1) the cement mortar face on the slope is leveled; (2) line snapping is carried out to the leveled slope, wherein a snapping line interval is between 60 mm and 80 mm; (3) reinforcing steel bars are placed on the snapping line and then beaten, so that the reinforcing steel bars can enter cement mortar, and the reinforcing steel bars are then taken out to form grooves; and (4) surrounding areas of the grooves are trimmed to obtain the anti-skid slope with the cement mortar face. By the manner, the construction method disclosed by the invention is simple, can be implemented easily, can be realized without too long construction duration, the anti-skid slope is obtained through reconstruction of an original slope, utilization time is ensured, falling is avoided, the method can be applied in various environments which require the slope, and broad generalization is ensured.
