Steel pipe point assembling platform
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel pipe processing devices and provides a steel pipe point assembling platform so as to solve the problem that steel pipe point assembling becomes difficult due to the fact that connection joints of a steel pipe, a cross arm and other structures are in multiple styles. The steel pipe point assembling platform comprises a platform body, a moving component, a point assembling explorator, a measuring component, a driving component and a control circuit, wherein the point assembling explorator moves on the platform body through the moving component, and the driving component drives the moving component to move. The moving component comprises a transverse moving mechanism, a longitudinal moving mechanism and a rotating mechanism. The measuring component comprises a first distance measuring sensor, a second distance measuring sensor and an angle sensor, wherein the first distance measuring sensor is used for measuring the transverse moving distance of the point assembling explorator, the second distance measuring sensor is used for measuring the longitudinal moving distance of the point assembling explorator, and the angle sensor is used for measuring the rotating angle of the point assembling explorator. The control circuit comprises a data input end, a signal receiving end and an instruction output end. The first distance measuring sensor, the second distance measuring sensor and the angle sensor are connected with the signal receiving end. The driving component is connected with the instruction output end.
