Integral type circular coal field structure with ring ribs
The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal power plant coal-firing units, and particularly relates to a structural style of a circular coal field, that is, a thermal power plant coal storage facility. The structure of the circular coal filed comprises an annular foundation, a barrel wall, a top ring beam and vertical ribs; the lower end of the barrel wall is fixed on the annular foundation, and the annular foundation, the barrel wall and the top ring beam are of an integral structure; the upper end of the barrel wall is connected with the top ring beam, so that the top ring beam is horizontally arranged at the top end of the annular barrel wall, the vertical ribs are arranged along the barrel wall at intervals, the lower ends of the vertical ribs are arranged on the annular foundation, and the upper ends of the vertical ribs are connected with the top ring beam. The structure is characterized in that ring ribs are further included, and the ring ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the barrel wall and are parallel to the annular foundation. According to the structure, the influences of partial coal stacking, unsymmetrical coal stacking and uneven settling are reduced, and part of the circumferential tensile force is shifted to the ring ribs from the barrel wall, so that the crack width of the barrel wall is easy to control.
