The invention discloses an air inlet and exhaust louver window which comprises a window frame, louver blades, connecting arms, a connecting rod and a pneumatic device. A rotary shaft is arranged in the center of each louver blade, two ends of each rotary shaft are rotationally connected with the window frame, the quantity of the connecting arms is equal to that of the louver blades, the connecting arms are parallelly arranged, one end of each connecting arm is fixedly connected with an end of the corresponding rotary shaft, the other end of each connecting arm is rotationally connected with the connecting rod, one end of the pneumatic device is rotationally connected with the window frame, and the other end of the pneumatic device is rotationally connected with the connecting rod. The air inlet and exhaust louver window has the advantages that the air inlet and exhaust louver window is provided with the multiple louver blades which are rotationally connected with the window frame, accordingly, the air inlet and exhaust louver window can be quickly opened and closed, large objects can be stopped from entering an indoor environment after the air inlet and exhaust louver window is opened, dustproof effects still can be realized, and the air inlet and exhaust window is applicable to noise reduction cases of power generator sets.
