The invention discloses a louver with the noise lowering function. The louver comprises a louver body in which sound absorbing sponge and a plurality of blades are arranged, the sound absorbing sponge is installed on the inner side of the louver body, the blades are arranged on the portion, on the two sides of the sound absorbing sponge, of the louver body in parallel, the included acute angle between the joints of the blades and the louver body and the louver body is 60-75 degrees, and the blades are of a bent structure bent towards the sound absorbing sponge.
