The present invention discloses a home escape ladder, the home escape ladder comprises two parallel upright side panels and multistage of pedals which are horizontally connected between the two side panels, the home escape ladder is characterized in that: the lower end side surfaces of the side panels are hinged with lifesaving hooks, one ends of the lifesaving hooks are hollow, and clamp the side panels from two sides to form hooks, the lower bottom surfaces of the side panels are provided with spacing boards which limit the rotation angle of the lifesaving hooks. Compared with the prior art, the lower ends of the side panels are provided with the lifesaving hooks, the upper ends of the side panels are provided with seat belts, at ordinary times, the home escape ladder is used as an ordinary ladder, in case of an accident at home, people can use the lifesaving hooks to hook balcony guardrails to climb to outdoors to save themselves, and the home escape ladder is convenient and safe.
