The invention provides a conveying device and concrete conveying equipment provided with the same. The conveying device comprises a conveying pipe (10) and a hose (20) arranged at the tail end of the conveying pipe (10). The conveying device further comprises a damping device arranged between the conveying pipe (10) and the hose (20). The damping device comprises a first connecting pipe (31) and an elastic piece (33), wherein the first connecting pipe (31) is connected to the tail end of the conveying pipe (10); the first connecting pipe (31) is sleeved with the hose (20); the two ends of the elastic piece (33) are connected with the first connecting pipe (31) and the hose (20) respectively. By means of the technical scheme, the problems of swinging and bouncing of a hose in the prior art are effectively solved.
