The invention relates to a spliced type multifunctional electric heating plate. The electric heating plate comprises at least two work units. Each work unit comprises a base, an electric heating plate and a movable cover, wherein the electric heating plate is arranged in the base; the movable cover is arranged above the electric heating plate; a circuit control board is arranged on the edge below the electric heating plate; a safety plug is arranged on the side edge of the base; the safety plug is connected with the circuit control board; a water drain tank and a unit connecting part are arranged on the base; the bottom end of the water drain tank is connected with a water discharging bottom groove; water holes, corresponding to the water drain tank, are formed in the electric heating plate. The spliced type multifunctional electric heating plate is rapid and convenient to use and can greatly reduce resource waste; and a spring compression power supply manner is adopted in jacks; when a spliced floor is partially cracked, a power-off protection measure is taken rapidly, so that the security coefficient of the electric blanket is greatly improved; and in addition, the spliced type multifunctional electric heating plate is better in the anti-skidding performance.
