Sintered ferrite plate and sintered ferrite sheet
The present invention relates to a sintered ferrite plate which has a composition that includes, calculated as oxide, 47 to 50 mol% of Fe2O3, 7 to 26 mol% of NiO, 13 to 36 mol% of ZnO, 7 to 12 mol% of CuO, and 0 to 1.5 mol% of CoO, a volume resistivity of 1108 to 11012 [omega]cm, and a thickness of 10 to 60 [mu]m. The present invention also relates to a sintered ferrite sheet wherein a groove as well as an adhesive layer and/or a protective layer is provided on the sintered ferrite plate, and in which the real part of magnetic permeability at 500 kHz is 120 to 800, the imaginary part of magnetic permeability thereat is 0 to 30, and the product ([mu]m) of the real part of magnetic permeability and the thickness of the sintered ferrite plate is 5000 to 48000. The sintered ferrite plate and sintered ferrite sheet have a high volume resistivity and a large [mu] ' and a small [mu]", and thus can be used favorably as a shield plate in a digitizer system.
