Insect-resistant thermal-insulation sound-insulation thousand-degree noncombustible aluminum-ceramic plate composite cardboard
Existing stainless steel composite plates are filled with foam plastic, and have the defects of low refractoriness and low strength. In flames, the foam plastic is combusted, and produced gas damages the stainless steel plate coating the plastic. The aluminum-ceramic plate composite cardboard is manufactured with aluminum-ceramic plate and noncombustible cardboard. Water glass is a high-temperature-resistant flame retardant. With water glass, paper is noncombustible under a temperature of a thousand degrees. The noncombustible cardboard is weakly alkaline, such that the cardboard is insect-resistant and fungus-resistant. The noncombustible cardboard has a plurality of hollow pores, such that the cardboard has good thermal insulation and sound insulation performances. With water glass, the cardboard is hardened. After drying, the cardboard is hard as wood, and is durable. The aluminum-ceramic plate is rust-resistant. With the above properties, the service life of the aluminum-ceramic plate composite cardboard can exceed a hundred years. With carbon molecules of the cardboard and silicon molecules of the water glass, silicon carbide can be produced in a chemical reaction in flames. Silicon carbide is a hard substance which can resist a high temperature of thousands of degrees. When a fire breaks out, the rigid change of the aluminum-ceramic plate composite cardboard is low, such that flame expansion can be prevented. In conclusion, the aluminum-ceramic plate composite cardboard is the best building material for plants and temporary houses.
