Magnesium calcium silicate bone cement with degradability, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of magnesium calcium silicate bone cement with degradability. The method comprises the following steps: nitric acid is used for hydrolyzing tetraethoxysilane; calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate are added, such that a reaction is carried out; alcohol is added, and a reaction is carried out, such that a mixture liquid is obtained; the mixture liquid is dried with a heat-assisted drying method, such that mixture powder is obtained; the mixture powder is subjected to high-temperature calcination, and grinding is carried out, such that magnesium calcium silicate bone cement powder is obtained; and the magnesium calcium silicate bone cement powder is mixed with water or a phosphoric acid solution. The bone cement provided by the invention has good clinical application performance, good mechanical properties and good bioactivity. With the bone cement, cell growth and attachment can be stimulated, osteoblastic differentiation can be promoted, and the cell can show an angiogenesis form. Angiogenic protein generation amount can be increased. The bone cement has a property of promoting angiogenesis.
