Dewatering technology for desulfurized gypsum
The invention relates to a dewatering technology for desulfurized gypsum. Wastewater generated during desulfurization possesses the solid content of 15%, and the technology comprises adding an organic high-molecular flocculant solution with the concentration of 0.1% into a settling basin, wherein the additional amount is 7% of the wastewater amount; obtaining the sludge with the solid content of 25% after settling, firstly sending into a pipe mixer through a drug adding pipe by employing a screw pump, and adding an inorganic high-molecular coagulant into the mixer body for coagulation, so as to realize bridging polymerization of small-molecular calcium sulfate; then sending the sludge subjected polymerization into a gypsum whirlcone, and adding an organic high-molecular flocculant into the gypsum whirlcone, wherein the sludge in the shape of porous clusters and possesses the solid content of 40%, solid and water in sludge are separated and solid self weight is increased; and sending the sludge processed by the gypsum whirlcone into an efficient whirlcone for further solid-liquid separation, so as to obtain gypsum with the content of 70% after separation. The dewatering technology is simple, less in equipment quantity, small in power consumption, electricity-saving and water-saving.
