The invention discloses double-component white polymer cement waterproof mortar which comprises polymer emulsion, an antifoaming agent, a cosolvent, quartz sand, white cement, cellulose ether, and a mildewproof anti-algae agent, wherein a component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-85 parts of polymer emulsion, 1-3 parts of an antifoaming agent, and 6-8 parts of a cosolvent; a component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of white cement, 60-65 parts of quartz sand, 0.02-0.05 part of cellulose ether, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent and 0.5-1 part of a mildewproof anti-algae agent. The double-component white polymer cement waterproof mortar has excellent bonding strength, waterproof effect and crack resistance, is easy for color modulation, resists mildew and algaes, and is used for decorating and coating various parts soaked in water for a long time.
