The primer is prepared from a sodium silicate solution, silica sol, silicone acrylic solution, an n-Octyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent and superfine zinc powder. The primer is prepared by fully mixing the components. The obtained primer is good in anticorrosive performance, does not pollute the environment and is convenient to construct.
