The technology comprises the steps of pug processing, wherein pug is composed of purple purple mud and clay mud, the weight of purple mud accounts for 80-90% of the total weight of the pug, clay mud is composed of irony siltstone and earth, the pug is mixed and smashed firstly, redundant water in the pug is filtered out with the filter-press technology, and then pugging is conducted; blank forming; firing forming, wherein a prepared blank is placed in a furnace, the firing temperature in the furnace is controlled to rise to 1200 DEG C gradually from the initial temperature, it takes 1-2 h to reach 100 DEG C from the initial temperature, 1-2 h to reach 400 DEG C from 100 DEG C, 5-6 h to reach 600 DEG C from 400 DEG C, and 5-6 h to reach 1200 DEG C from 600 DEG C, and the blank in the furnace is fired for 6-7 h in an oxidizing atmosphere, 2-4 h in a reducing atmosphere and 4-5 h in a neutral atmosphere in sequence during gradual increase of the temperature in the furnace. By the adoption of a pottery pot manufactured with the method, alkalescent micromolecule water good for health can be obtained.
