Thermal-insulating building block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a thermal-insulating building block and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The thermal-insulating building block is prepared from the following dry basis raw materials: 20-30 parts of semicoke slag, 42-52 parts of oil shale slag, 10-30 parts of mineral powder, 7-15 parts of lime, 0.5-3 parts of desulfurization gypsum and 0.1-0.4 part of aluminum powder. The semicoke slag is used for replacing the oil shale slag and fly ash to serve as a main raw material for manufacturing the thermal-insulating building block; by selecting appropriate auxiliary materials and usage amounts, the performance of the prepared thermal-insulating building block is equivalent to the volume weight and strength of a thermal-insulating building block prepared by using the oil shale slag, and the thermal conductivity is reduced; moreover, by adjusting the mixing ratio of the semicoke slag and the oil shale slag, a thermal-insulating building block meeting B03 and B04 requirements can be prepared. In other words, the semicoke slag is used for replacing 42% of the oil shale slag, so that the difficulty of recycling the semicoke slag is solved, the production cost of the thermal-insulating building block is significantly reduced, and unexpected effects of maintaining the volume weight and not reducing the strength and the thermal conductivity are generated.
