The invention relates to an environmental sanitation assistant device. The environmental sanitation assistant device is characterized in that a piece of strap iron is bent to form a dustpan opening ring (1), the lower section of the opening ring (1) is square, the upper section is triangular, a dustpan opening (2) made of iron sheets is designed below the lower section and is movable vertically, and springs (3) are arranged on two sides of the dustpan opening (2), so that the dustpan opening (2) is not contacted with the ground; a pull rod (4) is arranged behind the dustpan opening (2) and is held by hands to enable the dustpan opening (2) to be contacted with the ground; pulleys (5) are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the dustpan opening ring (1), and a bag ring (6) is arranged behind the dustpan opening ring (1) and is sleeved with a garbage bag opening; front surfaces of three pieces of bottom plate iron are welded and connected with the lower part of the dustpan opening ring (1), and the rear parts are connected with brace; the upper triangular end of the upper section of the dustpan opening ring (1) is connected with a handle (7), extension iron of the handle (7) is backwards and downwards connected with the brace, a universal pulley (8) is arranged in the connected position of the extension iron and the brace. The cleaning construction is convenient, and the labor intensity of a cleaning worker is reduced.
