PHC tube pile buffer pile cap
The invention relates to a PHC tube pile. A PHC tube pile buffer pile cap comprises an upper cage opening and a lower cage opening, wherein the part in contact with a lower impact body of a diesel hammer is the upper cage opening, the part in contact with a pile head is the lower cage opening, the upper cage opening and the lower cage opening are connected through a connecting hoop at the connecting position, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the periphery of the pile cap. The PHC tube pile buffer pile cap further comprises a hammer cushion layer, an upper buffer layer, a lower buffer layer and a baffler which are arranged at the connecting position of the upper cage opening and the lower cage opening from top to bottom, wherein the upper buffer layer and the lower buffer layer are formed by steel wire ropes through coiling and stacking, the inner coiling and stacking thickness of the upper cage opening is 200-240 mm, and the inner coiling and stacking thickness of the lower cage opening is 100-140 mm. The PHC tube pile buffer pile cap has the advantages that the PHC tube pile buffer pile cap is good in buffer effect, is resistant to hit and does not easily deform, the replacing frequency of buffer cushions can be effectively reduced, the efficiency of pile sinking operation can be improved, and accordingly the maintenance cost brought by pile head damage is also reduced.
