The invention relates to pile planting machines, in particular to a base of a telescopic advancing type pile planting machine. The base comprises a substrate plate. The substrate plate comprises a first part and a second part capable of moving relative to the first part in the horizontal direction. A translation mechanism driving the first part and the second part to be disconnected or connected in the horizontal direction is arranged between the first part and the second part. The first part and the second part are both provided with connecting feet used for being fixed to plank piles. The invention provides the base capable of walking on the planted plank piles of the telescopic advancing type pile planting machine, and the problems that existing pile planting machines can only walk on the ground and the dependency on ground mining is high are solved.
