The invention discloses a foot-operated hydraulic water-saving apparatus. The foot-operated hydraulic water-saving apparatus is composed of the following parts: a water trough (1), a sewer pipeline (2), a plastic flexible pipe (3), a foot-operated air pump (4), a PVC bend (5), a balloon (6) and a water storage tank (7). The working principle of the apparatus comprises that the upper part of a sewer pipe of the washing water trough (1) is provided with an obliquely-upward water pipe used for discharging 'clean water' as well as preventing sewage from entering the 'clean water', and the water storage tank (7) is disposed under the water pipe for collecting and storing the 'clean water'. The present finishing structure of a kitchen does not need changing anywhere by using the foot-operated hydraulic water-saving apparatus. By using the foot-operated air pump (4), a cabinet does not need frequently opening and closing, and convenience is provided; and also, the modification investment is less, and practicality is high. The foot-operated hydraulic water-saving apparatus reaches the water-saving purpose and also brings the effects of being convenient and practical.
