The invention discloses a multifunctional rooftop canopy. The rooftop of a roof is provided with a containing cavity, a rain baffle and a driver. The containing cavity is arranged in an eave of the rooftop, and an opening of the containing cavity tilts downwards. Sliding rails are arranged on the two sides of the containing cavity, and the rain baffle is arranged in the sliding rails and is driven by the driver to make stretching movement along the sliding rails. A rack is arranged in the middle part of the bottom of the rain baffle. A gear connected with the driver is arranged under the rack, and the gear is driven by the driver to rotate and to drive the rain baffle to move. The multifunctional rooftop canopy has the advantages that the structure is simple, operating is easy, practicability is high, the rain baffle tilts downwards, the rain sheltering and drainage effects are improved, the loss of kinetic energy in the transmission process is lowered, the moving efficiency of the rain baffle is improved, and the conversion rate of electric energy is increased; the electric energy is saved, a glass plate is used for sunshading, and thus the service life of the canopy can be prolonged.
