The invention discloses a fixing method of a beam and wall pre-embedded horizontal sleeve. The fixing method comprises the following technical steps: (1) marking circular center positions of pipe openings of the sleeve on two beam and wall lateral templates; (2) manufacturing round positioning plates; (3) mounting the round positioning plates on the templates through bolts; (4) sleeving the pipe openings at the two ends of the pre-embedded sleeve on the round positioning plates of the two beam and wall lateral templates respectively. By adopting the fixing method provided by the invention, the position of the pre-embedded sleeve is determined through the bolts, and the pre-embedded sleeve does not have position deviation in a concrete pouring process; meanwhile, a phenomenon that concrete leaks into the pre-embedded sleeve in the pouring process so that installation engineering is difficult to carry out is prevented very well; the device used by the method has an ingenious design, is simple to manufacture and is economical and environmentally friendly.
